My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were beautifully presented, clean, and spacious, providing a modern and large space with all the necessary amenities. However, there was an issue with the non-functional phone. The service was a major letdown, with a rude incident of a wrongful smoking charge overshadowing an otherwise polite and helpful staff. The location was excellent, just a 5-minute walk to transportation hubs, shopping centers, and dining options. The dining experience was pleasant, with fantastic coffee available at The Shed. While the facilities were generally good, the unexpected charge for alleged smoking soured the overall experience.
The hotel was amazing, with spot-on decor and cleanliness being standout features. However, the issue with the room's maintenance and strong chemical smells were concerning.
The hotel offers beautiful facilities all over Australia. The rooms are really beautiful and well-equipped with great amenities like a laundry, kitchen with major appliances, stove, microwave, and a large fridge. The enclosed and safe balcony provides a nice view of the large pool, making it easy to host gatherings with loved ones or friends. However, the dining experience can be frustrating at times.
